That’s the bar. Your new best friend. If you can’t afford a bar or can’t get to a gym you can improvise a bit. Squats with a broom pole even with no weight are very good for beginners. The pole on your back or the pole over your head, squatting with your toes pointed slightly out and go down ass-to-grass, as we like to say. You need to go just below where your thighs are parallel to the ground.
Anyways, I just sent over the weight lifting guide to the email you entered!
I also wanted to tell you about a strength training guide that just came on the market recently.
I found out about this last week and immediately bought the course. It’s REALLY good!
So if you’ve been looking for something like that, then check this one out (FYI, this is my promotional link, if you use it then I make a little bit of money and can keep on making cool stuff for my site!):
Underground Strength Training Complete Course
There are a few other courses out there (like this one… not a promotional link), but honestly I think the Underground Strength Training Complete Course is better.
Thanks again for checking out the site. I’ll be making updates frequently so please check back!
